      Making employes of the companies to keep mentally agyle and reduces the stress is should the companies to get it. The companies environment that have to canged it. we can put green plant beside on the companies's window or on top of round tables, they will feel as they're working in garden, as we know when we stay in the a garden, we feel relax,fresh and comportable. Mitsui Designtec Co (Tokyo - based interior design company) have done that method, that helps relieve the stress of employees. The lemon scent wafting from an aroma diffuser and the sight of green plants greet employees when they arrive for work at that company.
      Playing music works,too reduce the strees. According to Harughisa Wago, a professor at Saitama Medical University who studies music therapy, said music with a fast tempo pleasent chords, such as Mozart's piano pieces, not only helps reduces strees, but also improves concentration. Tokyo - based staffing agency Staffservice is among companies that intoduced the services. Since Desember 2015, music has been played in some of their offices in its headquarters building, to relax employees and help them concentration. Employees hear the sounds of beards chirping when they arrive for work in the morning, and at 3 p.m.hear the radio broadcasting music that accompanies an exercises program. Dvorak's "Going Home" is played at 7 p.m.to encuorage employees to pack up and head home.  Moe Ishizuka who is in charge of the background music,sad the music has helped empleyees communicate better with each other. "People might be hesitant to speak in a quaite office, but background music makes them more talkative," she said.
      Based on that i have read, the reseacher suggested that Aromas, music help reduce stress in workplaces. Many advantages of that method for us especially for the employees of the office or companies. We will comportable, relax, and concentration whereever and anytime when we are doing activities.

Thesis statements :
          This paper addresses The effect of listening music on the pronunciation of lower intermediate irian  learners. The present study is intended to investigate a possible solution for this problem One of the greatest needs in the context of foreign language teaching in Iran is to improve the students’ communicative abilities. Since pronunciation has a central role in this regard, there is an urgency to pay special attention to it and try to establish productive methods for enhancing the Iranian EFL learners’ pronunciation. Teaching attitudes need to be changed as well.
Research :
          This study will focus on conducted to investigate whether listening to music has any significant effect on EFL learners’ pronunciation at the lower – intermediate level students in Iran.
Question :
          is the listen to music effective on the pronunciation of lower intermediate irian learners?
Methodology :
          used in collecting the data, it means that scores of the Iranian and native raters were correlated to estimate the inter-rater reliability of the scores. As the obtained data showed a high correlation, a high inter-rater reliability was approved in the oral scores given by different raters.
Finding :
          The researcher came up with new ideas that can be adapted by investigators who are interested in the related topics. Some suggestions are presented below:
1. It would be a good idea to investigate the role of music on improving the effect of music on
    the students’ writing skill can also be researched.
2. Similar studies can be done regarding learners’ speaking skill.
3. The above Iranian EFL learners’ reading skill.
4. Mentioned areas of research might be followed regarding different age groups of both
    genders.
Conclusion :
         

       Making student to be enjoyable and interested in learning should be the teacher who has role to get it because if we dont have any types for teaching to make students feel comfortable in learning, of course that makes them boring and don’t understand what they teach to them. Using media is one of method of teaching to change themselves to be comfortable and relaxing when they teach in the calssroom. The media that can make learning more enjoyable and interesting is song. songs help L2 learners improve both their listening comprehension and understanding and production of pronunciation features. Thus, Music had significant effect on EFL learners’ pronunciation ability.
Opinion : 
        Based on that journal, i am agree that music had significant effect on EFL learners' pronunciation ability.

summery short story

THE JUDGE MONKEY

Once upon a time, two cats were passing through a street. Suddenly they spotted a loaf of bread lying beneath a tree. Both pounced upon it and caught the loaf at the same time. “It is mine. I saw it first," claimed one cat. While the other said, “I pounced upon it first and so it belongs to me." After having fought for a while, one cat said, “Let us divide it into two and take one piece each." “Indeed, a good idea," said the other cat. “But how do we divide it now?"

A monkey sitting on the branch of the tree had watched all that happened between the two cats. “That loaf of bread looks good. I could do with it myself," he thought. Slowly he came down from the tree and walked up to the confused cats.

“Yes, my dear friends! Can I help you?" asked the monkey. The cats told the monkey what the problem was and said, “Why do not you be the judge between us?" When the monkey nodded, the cats said, “Please divide this loaf for us."

The clever monkey smilingly broke the bread into two pieces. But one piece was a little bigger that the other. “OH no! I will take a little bite of this bigger piece to make both equal," said the monkey, slyly. He took a bite from the bigger piece. But, he had taken a big bite. “Uh oh! Now it has become smaller than the other piece. I will just have to take a little bite from this piece now," said the clever monkey.

The Judge Monkey took another bite. The two cats sat in front of the monkey, seeing the loaf of bread they had found getting smaller and smaller. When the whole loaf was eaten by the monkey, the monkey said, “I am sorry. I was really difficult to divide that loaf. I must be going now." And the monkey jumped onto the tree and was gone. “If only we had not quarreled among ourselves, we would have remained united and we need not have to go to the monkey and to become hungry now," said the two cats.

1.       With a cell phone (or other object(s)) elicit the following phrasal verbs by performing gestures.
·         Take it out of your pocket; then put it in
·          Put it down on the table; then pick it up
·          Put it on your head; then take it off
·         Turn it on; then turn it off
·         Turn it up; then turn it down
  1. Repeat Step 1, saying the verbs and having the students shadow (repeat after) you.
3.   1    Play the video. Ask students to watch and listen.
4.   2    Pass out the complete lyrics. Go over any new vocabulary. Chant the lines of the song, one by one, at a comfortable speed, with students shadowing you. Pay close attention to the rhythm (stress marked in bold).
5.   3    Play the video again. Give students the choice of reading the lyrics from the handout or from the video. They can rap if they want to (but don’t pressure them).

Because from that article we can get many advanteges for us, we can make them enjoyable and interested when we teach to them. using that media is one of the methode to get atsmorphere in the classroom, the learner will be activeted,fun, and getting many vocabularies.
